Essentia's CEO Gives Himself ANOTHER Massive Raise

 Jill Biden was in Duluth this week. Word is that the plan had originally been for her to tour the new Essentia hospital in Duluth, but when the Star Tribune reported that CEO Dr. Herman has given himself yet another huge raise (7%, bringing him up to well over $3 million a year), it was decided that it would be bad optics. Herman pays himself so much he is in the top tier of health care CEOs in the country, at the same time he is replacing all of the registration workers with self-serve kiosks, and chronically understaffing almost all of the other departments. Essentia Health, putting wealth over health like nowhere else!
