Labor Activism

The Northwoods Socialist Collective seeks to be a resource for workers looking to get involved in their union, network with activists from other unions, or if their workplace is currently non-union, to help them unionize it. We are actively trying to build up a socialist presence in local unions, and to help build connections between labor, community & student activists. Overall, our goal is to help build a militant, democratic and diverse labor movement that is capable of taking on the bosses, and winning!
